Surprise beverages never taste good

July 10, 2006

There is nothing worse than having a sip of a drink that you thought was something else. Any like-colored beverages can be confused, such as Coke and iced tea, but the worst example of this phenomenon may be Sprite and water. If you’ve ever reached for a glass of Sprite, only to find out that it contained water instead, you’ll understand. No many how much you normally like water, the liquid in that glass will immediately taste like dishwater because your expectations were thrown off. Be smart: always ask twice, drink once.
